Thought Mobile Technologies

UI/UX Design

Experiences that stay clear when work gets hard

We research, design and prototype digital experiences for mobile, web and devices — with the same engineering honesty TMT applies to the systems behind them.

Process

Research before pixels, validation before code

Step 01

User research

Interviews, task analysis and field observation so we design for real jobs — not assumed personas.

Step 02

Product design

Information architecture, flows and interaction models that match how work actually moves.

Step 03

Interface design

Visual systems, components and states that stay clear on mobile, web and device screens.

Step 04

Prototyping & validation

Interactive prototypes tested with users before expensive engineering locks the wrong path in.

Where we design

Surfaces that match how people work

From field phones to dense SaaS consoles — one design practice, different constraints.

Mobile product UX

Consumer and field apps with offline states, thumb-first navigation and resilient empty/error handling.

Web & SaaS UX

Dense operator consoles and customer portals with hierarchy that scales as data and roles grow.

Multi-role systems

Admin, agent and end-customer experiences that share a design system without sharing confusion.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you only design, or also implement the UI?

Both. Many engagements include design-through-front-end so the shipped product matches the prototype. Pure design retainers are available when you have an internal engineering team.

Can you redesign an existing product without a full rebuild?

Yes. We often improve navigation, critical flows and visual hierarchy first, then evolve the design system as engineering capacity allows — staged UX change that doesn't freeze the roadmap.

How do you design for industrial or device interfaces?

With the same discipline as HMI work: glanceability, confirmation patterns, environmental constraints and operator testing. Pixel polish never overrides operational safety.

What tools do you use?

Primarily modern design and prototyping tools with component libraries that map cleanly to React and mobile codebases. We optimise for handoff clarity, not tool fashion.

Need a product experience that earns trust?

Share the users, the jobs to be done and the constraints. We'll propose a research and design path that feeds cleanly into engineering.
