IoT Solutions
Connected systems that survive the real world
From sensors and firmware to fleets and operator applications — we engineer IoT solutions for industrial floors, healthcare, smart environments and wearables where networks and power are imperfect.

Domains
IoT across the environments you operate in
Industrial IoT
Machine telemetry, OEE dashboards, predictive maintenance signals and plant-floor connectivity.
Healthcare IoT
Connected medical and wellness devices with careful data handling, alerts and clinician workflows.
Smart environments
Building, campus and retail IoT — sensors, gateways and control loops that stay reliable offline.
Wearables & edge devices
Battery-aware firmware, BLE/Wi-Fi stacks and companion apps for body-worn and portable hardware.
Full stack
Device to cloud to decision
One engineering team across the layers that usually fracture between hardware and software vendors.
Layer 01
Device & firmware
Sensors, MCUs, RTOS and secure boot paths
Layer 02
Connectivity
BLE, Wi-Fi, MQTT, LoRa and cellular where needed
Layer 03
Cloud & fleets
Provisioning, OTA, device twins and command plane
Layer 04
Applications
Operator dashboards, alerts and automation rules

Field-first engineering
Designed for conditions that break demos
Imperfect networks
Store-and-forward, retry budgets and degraded modes designed in — not patched after a pilot fails.
Power & longevity
Duty cycles, sleep strategies and OTA that respect battery life in the field for years, not demos.
Fleet operations
Identity, certificates, remote config and observability so hundreds of devices stay manageable.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you build both device firmware and the cloud side?
Yes. End-to-end IoT is where TMT is strongest — firmware, connectivity, cloud ingestion, fleet management and the applications operators use. We can also plug into an existing device or cloud estate.
Which protocols and clouds do you support?
Commonly MQTT, BLE, Wi-Fi and HTTPS into AWS, Azure or private infrastructure. Protocol choice follows the device constraints and the reliability you need — not a one-size template.
Can you retrofit sensors onto existing equipment?
Often. Industrial engagements frequently start by instrumenting legacy machines, then graduating to deeper control once data quality and ROI are proven.
How do you handle security for connected devices?
Device identity, encrypted transport, least-privilege cloud roles, signed firmware and auditability. Security posture is sized to the risk of the deployment — medical and industrial get stricter defaults.
Planning a connected product or plant rollout?
Tell us about the devices, environment and outcomes. We'll outline a credible path from pilot hardware to a manageable fleet.
