Email support@thoughtmobiletech.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the email address or identifiers you used when contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Where required by law, we delete or anonymise personal data that is no longer needed. We may retain limited information where we must do so for legal, security, dispute or accounting reasons.

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete deletion within timelines required under applicable law (including DPDPA and, where applicable, GDPR).
