User Data Deletion Instructions

At Thought Mobile Technologies (“Thought Mobile Technologies”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we respect your privacy and your right to request the deletion of your personal data.

This page provides instructions on how users can request deletion of any personal information that may have been collected through our applications and services that integrate with Facebook or Meta platforms, including Facebook Login, Instagram Login, WhatsApp integrations, and other Meta APIs.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like us to delete your personal data associated with any application or service operated by Thought Mobile Technologies, please follow one of the methods below:

Option 1: Remove the Application from Facebook

  1. Log in to your Facebook account.

  2. Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings.

  3. Select Apps and Websites.

  4. Locate the Thought Mobile Technologies application that you previously authorized.

  5. Click Remove.

  6. Confirm the removal request.

Removing the application from your Facebook account revokes our access to your Facebook data.

Option 2: Submit a Data Deletion Request

If you would like us to permanently delete any personal information stored by our systems, please submit a request by emailing:

Please include the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Your email address associated with the application

  • Facebook User ID (if available)

  • Name of the application or service used

  • A brief statement requesting deletion of your personal data

Data Deletion Process

Upon receiving your request:

  • We will verify your identity where necessary.

  • We will review and process your request within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.

  • We will delete or anonymize personal information that we are legally permitted to remove.

  • We will provide confirmation once the deletion process has been completed.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, fraud prevention requirements, or legitimate business purposes.

Any retained information will be securely stored and processed only for the purposes required by law.
